Saving lives and material assets

Above all, fire fighting is about saving lives. But an effective fire fighting solution also needs to focus on saving material assets such as inventory, cargo, buildings or vessels.

When fire breaks out, whether at sea or on land, a successful outcome is dependant on speed and efficiency. For example, a fire onboard a ship causes damage at the rate of some 135,000 Euros a minute. Any delay in taking action can cause the fire to spread, at worst costing lives and causing extensive damage.

In 2000 Novenco Fire Fighting launched its famous XFlow® water mist system. The XFlow® system is a state-of-the-art, highly efficient water mist system used for fire fighting on land as well as in the maritime industry. The central feature of the XFlow® system its unique water mist nozzle, which releases very fine water droplets forming a water mist when activated. This cools the surrounding environment whilst efficiently extinguishing and suppressing oxygen from further feeding the fire.

Installation
All our fire fighting solutions are created to meet individual customer needs. Based on an initial survey, a solution is designed and our installation crews supply the complete design with the relevant approvals and necessary equipment upon agreement.
